The brief
Signature Concierge is the customer service arm of the WLR Group, built to act as a single point of contact across a broad network of professional services. Their customers might arrive with one clear need, such as statutory accounts, but the wider picture can quickly involve legal, financial, insurance or advisory support.
The challenge was to help people understand that breadth without making the offer feel complicated. Signature Concierge needed a premium A4 brochure that could explain who they are, introduce their founders and process, show their accreditations and make the range of connected services easy to navigate at events and in follow-up conversations.

We created a polished A4 brochure system that feels considered from the first glance, using a restrained black and mint palette, elegant typography and strong page hierarchy to position Signature Concierge as a high-touch professional service.
A clear route through complex services
The brochure organises a wide service network into a calm, scannable structure, helping readers move from the Signature Concierge proposition into finance, insurance, accountancy, legal and protection services without feeling overloaded.
Process pages with practical clarity
We shaped the content around how Signature Concierge actually works: clarifying the objective, connecting the right specialists and coordinating the next steps so customers can understand the value of one joined-up point of contact.
The outcome
The finished brochure gives Signature Concierge a confident meet-and-leave-behind piece for events, while the single-page digital version keeps the same message easy to share after conversations. The client now has premium print collateral and digital support material that explain their role without making customers work to understand the breadth of services available.
A tactile asset with digital reach
The soft-touch laminated cover and 170 gsm silk inner pages give the brochure a premium feel in hand, while the adapted digital format supports follow-up conversations when print is not the right medium.
