White Label Resources.
The brief
White Label Resources needed a clear internal document that could bring a growing organisation around one shared view of the company. The brochure had to support existing employees, new starters and teams joining through acquisition, giving them a consistent introduction to the group values, founder story and ways of working.
The challenge was to make that information feel structured, useful and considered, while keeping it easy to read in both a digital format and a printed version.
A screen-friendly blueprint
We designed a digital version of the Company Blueprint so the document could be shared quickly with teams who need an accessible internal reference for onboarding and alignment.
A print-ready employee handbook
We also prepared a printed version, giving White Label Resources a tactile copy for onboarding conversations, internal handovers and moments where a physical document carries more weight.
A values-led content system
The design gives company principles, behaviours and group context a consistent visual structure, using calm layouts, icon-led sections and clear hierarchy so important cultural information is easier to absorb.
The outcome
White Label Resources now has a considered internal guide that helps employees understand the culture, purpose and operating context of the wider group. The finished blueprint gives leadership a shared piece of communication for onboarding, alignment and growth, without relying on informal explanations to carry important company knowledge.
By delivering both digital and print formats, the same story can be used across everyday team communication, new employee onboarding and integration as the organisation expands.
Working with Weird Wolf helped us take a lot of internal information and turn it into something clear, useful and easy for the team to understand. The Company Blueprint gives us a much better way to explain who we are, how we work and what matters to us as the group grows. It works well digitally, but having a printed version also makes it feel like a proper piece of onboarding material that people can keep coming back to.
